to acquire your AMI Portal account name and password.
For security concerns, your password is hashed and can not be restored by anyone including yourself. You need to reset your password if you forget it. Please enter your user id and the system will generate a temporary password and send to your mailbox registered to the system. You then use the temporary password to login to the system and reset your password.
* If you are AMI staff, in most cases, your user id is identical with the name of your public mailbox. For example, given an email 'email@example.com', the user id can be 'somebody'.
